Emotional Stability Training
Iβm so thankful that Iβve studied many martial arts because I am able to maintain social distance, while still empowering the recruits with our Emotional Stability Training.

I framed and mounted the exhaust fans today. With two of these in our 2,900 sft training area, we now have enough ventilation to restart classes safely indoors when weather does not permit us to do so outdoors.
