Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator will assist with the management of the non-profit organization’s daily business activities and providing direct support to the Director of Operations.

The Operations Coordinator’s role will include working closely with the organization’s leadership team by assisting with the creation of and adherence to systems and processes that ensure compliance, productive work outputs, and effective high-quality programming.

I completely understand the sense of urgency as it relates to getting our children back in school. However, I pray in the rush to do so, we do not overlook the daily trauma their minds will endure due to wearing masks for 6 hours, social distancing from friends, no gym, eating lunch alone, daily temperature checks, etc. ‬
