Parents! As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, let’s not forget about the awareness and the work we’ve been putting in after the month is over!
Continue to protect you and your child’s mental health. Here’s a reminder of several tasks you can do to help!👇

2️⃣. 𝘜𝘯𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘨, 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘴.
3️⃣. 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴.
4️⃣. 𝘈𝘴𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘱.
𝘈𝘕𝘋, we also discussed physical things that can be done to assist with one’s mental health.

2️⃣. 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴, 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘴.
3️⃣. 𝘌𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱.
