Deal With Yourself
The hardest thing for a man to do is deal with himself—introspectively confront his own emotional pain and trauma, so that he can stop unjustly inflicting it on others. In many vain attempts to find peace, he keeps evading the real problem—himself—perpetually blaming others for what he sees in the mirror.
Eventually he realizes that the problem is really him, but sadly he pushes away the people who can only help him. This use to be me until I dealt with me—but now I’m healed—now I’m free because peace is not a place, but a space within me. #CryLikeAMan
