As parents, we need to take time for ourselves to rest and reset. Yes we want to show up for our kids and our family, but we have to take care of ourselves so we can actually do that. β£

If we are burnt out and overworked, then what good are we to our children? When was the last time you journaled, read a good book, took a walk, or a class to learn something new – something you wanted to learn just for you?β£
