Sandwich Method

Parents as the year is comes to an end take this time to discuss with your child their High Point and Low point from this year( as discussed in our previous video).

We also encourage you to use this time to share with them things that you were proud of them for, or things that made you happy as parent this based on something they did.

Next share with them an area of improvement you would like to see from them; an area you want to see them grow in or do better in.
Finally, you want to end with praise and affirmation again, share something else that you were proud of. This is called the “sandwich method” Praise+Area of Improvement+Praise.

Do this exercise with your child and share your results in the comment.
