By continuing to support your teen’s self-management growth, you can guide them into becoming a responsible young adult.⁣

General strategies for helping youth learn to manage their emotions include:⁣

🔹 𝘌𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘬𝘪𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.⁣
🔹 𝘈𝘤𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 (𝘌𝘟: 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘤 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨).⁣
🔹 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 (𝘌𝘟: 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦.) ⁣
🔹 𝘙𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮-𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩.⁣
