The Bullying Must End

“Three teenagers have been charged with multiple felonies for using threats, intimidation and sextortion as part of an Instagram cyberbullying scheme targeting Michigan students.”
The bullying must end. It ruins lives. Inflicts trauma. And is something that can’t be taken back. It effects not only the victims, but the offenders. Their lives are forever changed.
Stories like these are one of the many reasons we created the Sticks & Stones film and anti-bullying curriculum. We are motivated more now than ever to pilot our curriculum very soon.
It is up to us to educate our children, set the example, and to do all that we can to prevent instances like this from happening. In this day and age where technology is at the tip of any and everyone’s fingers, our battle with bullying has become an even bigger monster. Nonetheless, it is a fight we can’t back down from.
