To be in your Children’s Memories Tomorrow you Have to be in their Lives Today

“To be in your children’s memories tomorrow you have to be in their lives today.” – Barbara Johnson

Shout out to all the parents that are present and active in their children’s lives.
We know life comes at us fast and there may be times when we’re not as active or engaged in your child’s lives as we should be.
Those are exceptions and we have to make sure it’s only for a season.

When the season lasts longer than it should is when we start to error as parents.
When that happens our children suffer, and if we are being honest we suffer as well.
Remember, the age our children are today they will never be that age again.
We have an opportunity to be intentional about being involved and active in their lives.

As our children get older they tend to pull away and as parents we allow them.
During this time they actually need us to pull them closer.
Parents let’s start making memories in our children’s minds and hearts today that will last tomorrow and beyond.
