Parents, we often think are children are not listening, but they are. We think they don’t see the examples we set (good, bad, and indifferent) but they do.
A lot of parents will raise their kids based on the values they were taught as a child from their own parents, and although they may not fully appreciate all we do from a young age, they’ll eventually come around and realize how challenging being a parent can be.
Nonetheless, we don’t do this for accolades, we do this because we love. And if you need any reassurance, here it is: 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐛! 🙌
We challenge you to think of some ways your kids show they appreciate you. And also think of some ways to show you appreciate them too! Drop your favorite answers in the comments! ⬇️
