Teens with a sleep deficiency have a harder time concentrating, studying, or working effectively. They also can face emotional struggles such as depression.
The proper amount of sleep for our children is absolutely imperative. As our children continue to grow and develop we must understand that sleep, or lack thereof, can affect their physical and mental well being drastically. 💤
