3️⃣. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴. Teens usually have a lot of feelings and emotions on the inside, they just don’t know how to express or articulate them in words.
