I know so many good men who’ve willingly forfeited their families because they fear facing the emotions that could make them vulnerable. I was one of them—fearing my wife would take advantage of my heart, so I guarded it from her. This almost cost us our marriage. But when I learned how to #CryLikeAMan —introspectively working to purge my toxic emotions, I was able to break free from emotional incarceration and save the greatest blessing a man could have—a family.
