“Back 2 Basics”!
Our Annual Staff Retreat a few weekends ago was EPIC! 🎉
Our theme this year was “Back 2 Basics”! During our 2 day retreat, we had our staff revisit the mission and vision of our organization. In doing so, we were able to identify our personal “superpowers” and see how they fit into the big picture of The Yunion’s mission – Loving Youth and Uniting Families! 👏
The retreat was filled with family, food, fun and a competitive scavenger hunt!
It’s such a blessing to have a truly wonderful staff so dedicated to our mission. They bring to life the vision of our organization! Our team finished the retreat feeling valued, appreciated and recharged. You can tell by their smiles everyone had a great time! 💙
