Welcome to the Level Up Workforce & Leadership Development Summer Camp, where youth stay engaged, feel supported, and remain inspired throughout the summer--all while building the skills they need for school, life, and their future! Our 6-week enrichment program is designed to strengthen academic retention while also exposing students to personal growth, career exploration, and real-world readiness.

Through engaging Math and English Language Arts instruction, youth continue developing key academic skills to avoid summer loss. Campers also participate in financial literacy workshops to build practical money management habits, along with SWAG life skills training focused on self-awareness, goal setting, confidence, accountability, and decision making. In addition, students receive college preparation and career readiness support that helps them begin thinking intentionally about their next steps. To create a balanced and memorable experience, youth also participate in exciting Friday field trips throughout the summer.
