Forge the Warrior Within

Welcome to the CATTA Summer Camp, where boys ages 11–13 begin a powerful journey of transformation.
Rooted in the life-changing principles of the Cave of Adullam Transformational Training Academy, our mission is to develop comprehensive male development through emotional stability, spiritual identity, and character discipline.

This dynamic 6-week Day Camp is built on the proven framework of the CATTA methodology that has gained national recognition for its success in teaching boys how to face life’s challenges without compromising their identity or emotions. Since its launch, CATTA has helped boys navigate trauma, anger, and fear while equipping them with tools to lead with integrity and inner peace.

Our summer experience is specially designed for middle school boys who are ready to grow—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Through martial arts, mindfulness, life skills training, and academic support, boys are challenged to become the best version of themselves.

Join us for an immersive and intensive experience that doesn’t just prepare your son for the school year—but prepares him for life.

Each day at CATTA Summer Camp begins with intentionality.

We kick off every morning with our powerful “Warrior Wake-Up” sessions—guided by our team of trained instructors, mentors, and life guides. These sessions set the tone for the day by helping campers align their minds, bodies, and emotions with a clear purpose. Through movement, meditation, and mindset coaching, boys are challenged to show up with focus, discipline, and respect for themselves and others.

But this camp isn’t just about training the body—it’s about sharpening the mind and strengthening the spirit.

That’s why CATTA Summer Camp includes Academic Enrichment sessions—2.5 hours per day, four days a week—led by certified educators. Campers will participate in high-impact Math and ELA classes designed to boost confidence and close learning gaps, all while developing the critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for future success.

This is more than just summer camp—it’s a transformational journey.

Whether your son is learning to regulate his emotions, mastering martial arts techniques, growing in academic strength, or building meaningful brotherhoods, CATTA Summer Camp is where boys become balanced, focused, and future-ready.

Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in your son’s growth from the inside out

The CATTA Summer Camp is centered around discipline, development, and transformation.

Our daily programming includes rotating tracks in Emotional Stability Coaching/Martial Arts Training, Physical Fitness, Academic Enrichment, and Life Skills Development—including Public Speaking, Financial Literacy, Grooming & Dining Etiquette. Each session is taught by expert instructors who are passionate about guiding boys into balanced young men.

Every lesson is grounded in the CATTA method, ensuring campers understand not just how to perform—but why discipline, emotional regulation, and focused action matter in their daily lives. After each training block, our staff—including mentors, program assistants, and life guides—provide live support and reflective feedback to reinforce what was learned and ensure every boy is on track with the day’s goals.

Each day ends with Brotherhood Circle, a time for sharing wins, affirming growth, and reinforcing lessons through peer encouragement, acknowledgments, and leadership reflections.

The CATTA Summer Camp runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, for 6 consecutive weeks—providing the structure, support, and strength needed to prepare boys for life, not just school.

The CATTA Summer Camp offers a transformational experience rooted in evidence-based character development and emotional intelligence training.

Participants will be guided through a curriculum that focuses on emotional regulation, identity formation, discipline, and leadership—key pillars of the CATTA philosophy. Through structured martial arts training, life skills workshops, and mentorship, boys will learn how to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-control.

Returning campers will take on a deeper level of engagement through Leadership Development tracks, serving as peer mentors and embodying the core values modeled throughout the camp experience.

Each participant will be matched with professionally trained instructors and life guides who are committed to nurturing the mental, emotional, and behavioral growth of every young man.

Those who fully commit to this journey will leave camp stronger socially, sharper academically, more resilient emotionally, and equipped with the mindset of a modern-day warrior.
