Nicole Wilson has served as the Yunionās Executive Director since the beginning, has more than 17 years of management experience, ššš an additional eight years of programmatic experience working with at-risk youth and families. ā£

Mrs. Wilson is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and a Masters of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a state certified HIV Prevention Test Counselor and trainer.ā£

RECEIVING AFFIRMATION
My brothers: When we cannot receive love and affirmation from each otherāwe will never be able to attain the healing we so desperately desire. Brother Devon, I too allowed misconstrued masculinity hinder my expression of love for my daughter. I will never forget when she slammed her finger in my car door at 8 years old. She showed no emotion to the pain because at that time in my life, I didnāt know how to #CryLikeAManāI just a male defined only by masculine attributes.
