Life is full of decisions, but life is not about decisions

This evening, my neighbor, whom I respect as a wise elder, kindly informs me that my gutters were packed with weeds and tree branches. For weeks I had been trying to get someone to come clean the gutters but to no avail. So since I was tired from working since 8am, I decided to keep trying to contact someone to come clean the gutters. Eventually wisdom said if I wait, things will get worse.

In short, I am so thankful I listened to wisdom instead of my emotions because another strong rain could have caused some potentially costly damage. Also, a flat-roof in Michigan is not idealβ€”it needs to be maintained annually. Praise Yah for my neighbor because another month of procrastinating could have cost our familyπŸ’°!

The Life Principle: Yes life is full of decisions, but life is not about decisions. If you’re a responsible person, the responsibility will decide what needs to be done, not vice-versa.Β #GetItDone
