We just ended the 𝘚𝘗𝘙𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘊𝘠𝘊𝘓𝘌 of our Work Force Development “More Than Construction” program in partnership with Rockford Construction! 🎉⁣

Our students and participants learned the business side of construction work. They were able to get a tour or Rockford Construction’s facility, and were taught more about the great work construction workers are doing in the skills trade field. 💪⁣

I completely understand the sense of urgency as it relates to getting our children back in school. However, I pray in the rush to do so, we do not overlook the daily trauma their minds will endure due to wearing masks for 6 hours, social distancing from friends, no gym, eating lunch alone, daily temperature checks, etc. ‬
