The ๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ is an annual, collaborative effort between the Chamber and GM, that is designed to empower residents in Detroit, Hamtramck, or Highland Park to affect change in their neighborhoods through physical presence and innovative programming. โฃ

This grant is to assist us with creating and building our courtyard space to beautify the neighborhood, invite in the community, and host outdoor events and programs! ๐ฑโฃ

RECEIVING AFFIRMATION
My brothers: When we cannot receive love and affirmation from each otherโwe will never be able to attain the healing we so desperately desire. Never Take The Detour
As many of you know, it took two years for our nonprofitย The Yunionย to fundraise enough money to purchase a 15,000 sft building to expandย The Cave of Adullamย and our other life changing programs.ย

Brother Devon, I too allowed misconstrued masculinity hinder my expression of love for my daughter. I will never forget when she slammed her finger in my car door at 8 years old. She showed no emotion to the pain because at that time in my life, I didnโt know how to #CryLikeAManโI just a male defined only by masculine attributes.
