Listen, we know all know itโs easier said than done, ๐๐๐, if you can get these two things down youโll save yourself a lot of stress.โฃ

Just think back to your childhood, and remember all the things you did good, bad, and indifferent. What you did wasnโt to directly dishonor or disrespect your parents, you were just trying to figure things out and in the process you did some โinterestingโ things. The same applies for your children! ๐โฃ

One last reminder – ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ช๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ข ๐ธ๐ข๐บ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐บ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฆ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ! If youโre emotional in addressing the behavior, the focus of the child goes from what needs to be adjusted, to why is mom/dad yelling at me? They will be either defensive or reclusive; and neither response gets us to where we want to be.โฃ
