As parents of teenagers, we may not realize how much we can effect our childrenโs self-esteem. It is painful for a parent to know their child is struggling with feelings of insecurity or lack of confidence in themselves. โฃ

So, how do you help a teenager with low self-esteem? Get them involved with kids their own age! Sports, hobbies, clubs, anything that makes them happy and allows a natural confidence to shine through. โฃ
