 
					The Youth Advisory Design Team
 The YADT is a youth-led program model that includes 10 high school and college aged students. These students, represent current and past program participants, and are a part of a 12-week paid internship program that will help design two innovative after-school programming spaces.

One space will serve as a general program meeting space and the other will serve as a meeting space for our Keys 2 Life Performing Arts program that will house a mobile recording studio, dance area, and computer lab for beat-making and production.

The ultimate goal of this internship program is to allow students to unleash their creativity, gain invaluable work experience, earn extra income, and most importantly participate in something meaningful that hundreds, if not thousands, of youth, will benefit from for years to come.

 Program activities culminate into a design proposal that will be presented to the lead interior design consultant and architect. Students will attend the grand opening ceremony in November and present their work to the community.
