We Did It – Our Mission Leaves Us Speechless
Last Thursday was truly remarkable! To see so many people band together on behalf of our mission leaves us speechless. No amount of words can get across the immense gratitude that we feel for each and every one of you who attended, donated, volunteered, and spread the word 🙏🏽🌟
To our presenting sponsor, The Tom Gores Family Foundation, we thank you for your deep commitment and support! Without you and our other generous sponsors, this night couldn’t have happened.
We also extend a huge thank you to our amazing ambassadors for helping champion our cause and maxing out our tickets!
We did it! 🙌🏽🫶🏽

Exhaust Fans Installed
I framed and mounted the exhaust fans today. With two of these in our 2,900 sft training area, we now have enough ventilation to restart classes safely indoors when weather does not permit us to do so outdoors.
Making custom mounts for the exhaust fans

Self Esteem
When young people have high self-esteem, they tend to have better peer-to-peer relationships, they bounce back from disappointment more quickly, and are more likely to succeed at the tasks they want to accomplish. #EncourageOurYouth #WeLoveDetroitYouth
