4 Tips on How to Help your Teens Improve their Sleeping Habits

At least a full eight hours is the recommended amount of time to sleep each night. A full night’s rest is crucial for learning, staying focused in school or at home, and getting exercise. ⁣

1️⃣ π˜›π˜Άπ˜³π˜― π˜ͺ𝘡 𝘰𝘧𝘧 – All electronics need to be off before bed time. This way their minds can relax and fall asleep quicker. ⁣

2️⃣ π˜‘π˜’π˜·π˜’ – You need to limit your teens caffeine intake. This includes coffee, tea, and soda! You need to help them cap off at 100 MG per day. ⁣

3️⃣ π˜—π˜’π˜€π˜ͺ𝘧𝘺 – Violent video games or movies right before bed should be avoided, especially if it’s a school night or they need to be focused the next day. ⁣
