2️⃣ 𝘑𝘢𝘷𝘢 – You need to limit your teens caffeine intake. This includes coffee, tea, and soda! You need to help them cap off at 100 MG per day. ⁣
3️⃣ 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘧𝘺 – Violent video games or movies right before bed should be avoided, especially if it’s a school night or they need to be focused the next day. ⁣
4️⃣ 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳 – If a sleeping disorder or problem is suspected, it might be a good idea to call the doctor. They can evaluate your teen’s overall heath and sleep habits to help the issue. ⁣
