Funding supports the launch of the 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, which aims to engage African American students, parents, and community members in a variety of programs and services to facilitate access to mental health services; 𝘈𝘕𝘋 promote attitudes and behaviors that address mental health challenges.
Our project will expand access for the population of Detroit by providing information to accessible resources. We are incorporating programs designed to destigmatize mental health challenges, like our Wellness Wednesday webinars, which you can see a peek of in the video!
