In conjunction with area sponsors (listed at the bottom of this page), The Yunion is able to award scholarships to select parents. New & returning students are eligible to apply for a scholarship. However, SCHOLARSHIPS ARE LIMITED. If you are interested in a scholarship, apply ASAP as they are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis.

Our camp, valued at $2000, is a testament to the exceptional quality we offer, with industry professional instructors, enriching field trips, and prime location. Thanks to our generous sponsors, we've significantly lowered the price to ensure affordability for all youth, while maintaining the high standards of our program.

Without a scholarship, the price of our intensive, high-quality program experience costs a total of $597. You may pay full price of $597 or apply for a scholarship on the online registration form.

FULL SCHOLARSHIP

If awarded, the total cost of enrollment for your child is covered entirely, at no cost to you. To qualify for a full scholarship, you must meet certain eligibility criteria, including ensuring your child maintains consistent attendance throughout the program.

OTHER IMPORTANT DATES

  • PARENT ORIENTATION & TRAINING DAY

    SATURDAY, June 29, 2024
    from 12pm to 3pm EST

    We love parents! On this day, parents will attend Orientation to receive imperative information about your child's participation in the Summer Keys 2 Life program, along with an interactive parental training on culturally relevant topics.

    Attendance to this orientation & training for parents is mandatory if your child receives a scholarship.

    The information about the training will be emailed to parents with registered children.

    It's the big finale! Invite all your friends & family members to watch your student shine as they join with other youth to showcase their new musical skills learned during the Summer camp program!

PARENT ORIENTATION & TRAINING DAY FAQs

In order for students to receive a scholarship, it is mandatory for all parents to attend the Parent Training & Orientation. You will not only receive vital information about this program, but you will also be educated on issues surrounding trauma and its' influence on adolescent risk behaviors that affect the health and wellness of youth today through our “Trauma Informed Parenting” Training.

Failure to attend will result in the revoking of the scholarship, and the remaining balance of the original price of $597 will be owed. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
