CR3’s Self-Care Experience!
Here are some highlights from our partnership with CR3’s Self-Care experience! 
This past weekend, for 𝘛𝘞𝘖 𝘍𝘜𝘓𝘓 days, @dinahmsw facilitated a healing experience for some of our employees, parents, and community members connected to The Yunion.
They started with a Self-Care Circle, where Dinah took them through an “experiential training”, where they practiced a series of self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion exercises to help calm their brain and care for their bodies; all while enjoying some aromatherapy!
𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴: 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘴, 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘹𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨!
It was all about them, we catered to our team and community because they deserve healing and happiness! 
It is so rewarding to be able to invest back into our employees and community members in such a thoughtful way.
