CR3’s Self-Care Experience!

Here are some highlights from our partnership with CR3’s Self-Care experience! 🎉⁣

This past weekend, for 𝘛𝘞𝘖 𝘍𝘜𝘓𝘓 days, @dinahmsw facilitated a healing experience for some of our employees, parents, and community members connected to The Yunion. ⁣

They started with a Self-Care Circle, where Dinah took them through an “experiential training”, where they practiced a series of self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion exercises to help calm their brain and care for their bodies; all while enjoying some aromatherapy! ⁣

𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴: 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘴, 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘹𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨! ⁣

It was all about them, we catered to our team and community because they deserve healing and happiness! 💙⁣

It is so rewarding to be able to invest back into our employees and community members in such a thoughtful way. ⁣

Would you enjoy a self-care getaway? Which service would you get? 👀 Tell us in the comments below!

Confronting the Spirit of Laziness in Boys

September 3, 2014

God never uses lazy people. Unfortunately due to the curse after the fall (Gen 3:17-19), the natural inclination of boys and men is to avoid hard work. This is why so many get lost in chasing a dream, instead of their purpose. In this short…

This is the best display I’ve seen regarding the father wound. I know this feeling all too well and remember many disappointing occasions like this with my father. I also remember saying to my father the very words Will Smith said to his uncle in…
