5๏ธโฃ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฆ. This can seem challenging at times, but everything feels better once talked through. Learning how to communicate and manage stress is such a great life skill to achieve at a young age. Be a trusted parent or encourage them to find someone who they feel comfortable confiding in that will have their best interest at heart. It is vital that teens have someone more than just their peers to seek advice from!
