Ms. King is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dunamis Clean Energy Partners, LLC, a renewable energy consulting firm specializing in project development, management and financing of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy management projects for municipal, commercial and industrial clients. Ms. King has over seven years of experience in the clean energy sector, having provided consulting and project management services for commercial solar and energy efficiency projects both domestically and internationally. Ms. King is a licensed corporate and real estate attorney with over 14 years of legal experience. She has also taught Entertainment Law and Contracts Law as an adjunct professor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. King is active with the State Bar of Michigan, Business Law Section;and serves as board member and secretary for the Michigan Black Chamberof Commerce. She has also served for 11 years as Board Chairperson for Abayomi Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit youth servicing organization located in northwest Detroit.
