As the Program Director of Career Academies at The Youth Connection in Detroit, he oversaw contract compliance, recruitment, and strategic direction. He has also served as a Criminal Justice Adjunct/Part-Time Faculty at Baker College and the Division Director of Juvenile Justice Services at Child and Family Charities. His expertise extends to case management, educational workshops, and program oversight. Additionally, he’s contributed to various educational and social service organizations, including The Yunion & Diversified Community Services, where he provides case management support. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Grambling State University, and he is currently enrolled in Wayne State University’s Michigan School Administrator Certification Endorsement.
