Arabia Little is a versatile and dedicated professional with a background in communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. Arabia’s impactful journey includes a recent role as a Data and Performance Specialist at The Yunion, where she meticulously managed eligibility processes for youth entering workforce development programs. Arabia’s ability to generate insightful reports, maintain data confidentiality, and provide individualized support underscores her dedication to youth empowerment. As the Dean of Culture for the Yunion’s Keys 2 Life Summer camp, she orchestrated engaging virtual activities for summer campers, fostering teamwork and positive experiences. Her commitment extends further as a Life Guide Facilitator, where she empowered students with life-changing decisions, provided emotional support, and delivered essential life skills and prevention curriculum. Arabia’s diverse skill set also encompasses experience as a Production Assistant at Revolt and as an Executive Assistant at Elite Services 1. With proficiency in data analysis, project management, and a multitude of technical and interpersonal skills, Arabia is a passionate advocate for youth development and an asset in various professional endeavors.
