Yulisa Rocha Ortiz has served as a Life Guide and Diversion Case Manager with The Yunion since the beginning of 2022. She has a passion for supporting youth and their families by providing resources, mentoring, and emotional support. Yulisa earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
